Audacity^® is a free program that is very popular and easy to use.

You can download it and a few minutes later you will be able to record your first piece of work. Here are some links you can click or  copy and paste to your browser:

After you download Audacity^® you will need an Encoder called LAME MP3. Watch the simple instructions on the video above. Then, choose the appropriate link according to the type of operating system you are using:

Once you are there, you can choose which link to use according to the system you have (old operating systems or new operating systems). The choices make it quite simple.
